The kids are getting excited about Christmas - making their plans and their lists. Sophie apparently doesn't quite understand Christmas yet (which is no surprise since she is just 2). She told me yesterday that she was going to be a kitty cat for Christmas. I guess since we just did Halloween that she thinks all holidays involve dressing up. She wants Sheldon to be a potato chip for next Halloween...but back to Christmas. Sheldon took the kids to Wal-Mart last night and let Emma and Jace look at the toy section to plan their Christmas list. Sophie wanted to know when Christmas was coming so Sheldon told her that it wasn't here yet and took them to look at the Christmas decoration section. On the way home, Sophie told Sheldon that Christmas was at Wal-Mart. Apparently she figured that Christmas couldn't be at our house yet because it's at Wal-Mart right now. Wise beyond her years, really.
