We always put up our Christmas tree and decorations the day after Thanksgiving. So yesterday I went out to our shed to get the tree and get the 3 rubbermaid totes full of lights, ornaments, stockings, etc. We played Christmas music and decorated the house and generally had a good day as a family. Last night I took the empty totes back out to the shed. This morning while I was taking a shower, Sophie got a little upset. It seems she noticed that the totes were missing and asked about them. When she learned that I had taken them back to the shed she told Katherine that she wanted Christmas back. She was not happy that I took Christmas to the shed and she wanted someone to go get it back and bring it inside. You gotta love life with a 2 year old.
